Call for young professionals: Join the Routes4Youth Network to support regional development

The Routes4U Project is a joint programme of the Council of Europe and the European Union. The 30-month Project (2017-2020) aims to foster regional development in the four EU macro-regions (Adriatic-Ionian, Alpine, Baltic Sea and Danube Region) through the Cultural Routes Programme of the Council of Europe. The Council of Europe is now recruiting young professionals to create the Routes4Youth network as part of the programme.

What you can expect

As a member of the network, your work will include:

  • Creation of a macro-regional network of professionals including a mentoring programme with senior professionals;
  • Development of an action plan to increase the visibility of young professionals in the four EU macro-regions;
  • Dissemination of information on regional development and cultural cooperation in the four EU macro-regions;
  • Strengthening of professional knowledge and expertise through trainings and courses on the Cultural Routes;
    You will be invited to take part in the events organised in the framework of Routes4U Project, including thematic-workshops. You will have the chance to boost your knowledge in economic development; regional development; sustainable tourism; cultural cooperation; cultural tourism; cultural heritage, etc.
Candidate profile

If you are between 25 and 35 and want to develop your expertise in regional development, cultural cooperation and sustainable tourism, apply before the 30th of September. The full call is available here.
